Many of you have asked us “Why has the Rogue configuration changed?” so we wanted to explain why we improved the configuration for you!
The newly designed Rogue Gaming PC now comes equipped with the option of a powerful Ryzen 3 3200G Generation 4-Core 4-Thread 2.6GHz Socket AM4 Processor offering excellent performance in modern titles! This processor is known as an APU, which is an AMD CPU with powerful built in graphics, released in 2019 using AMD’s Zen+ architecture built on TSMC’s 12nm FinFET node. Ryzen 3 3200G Processor offers higher performance at a reduced cost of electricity, giving a bigger bang for your buck!

In comparison to the previous CPU used in the Rogue Gaming PC, the Intel Core i7-2600, the Ryzen 3 3200G offers performance that rivals as well as exceeds the i7 2600. First, the i7-2600 is an older model, released in 2011 and built on the old intel Sandy Bridge 32nm node, requiring more electricity to run at the same performance level. Second, by changing this configuration, we are now able offer the Rogue with DDR4 RAM which is a faster version of system RAM over the old DDR3 that was compatible with the Intel i7 2600. The Ryzen 3 3200G, DDR4 RAM coupled with the AMD A320M-A PRO MAX motherboard chipset now allows for even easier upgrades for even more performance down the line. The new Rogue configuration lets you use the latest tech rather than stopping you at previous generations. This way you can enjoy and keep up with the latest games!
Are you team Intel rather than AMD? No problem! The Rogue Gaming PC also comes in an Intel option. Equipped with the Intel Core i3-9100F Processor, it is a great alternative to the Ryzen 3 3200G as its part of Intel’s powerful Coffee Lake product line. Equipped with 4 Cores and 8 Processing Threads, the Intel i3-9100F is able to handle high performance gaming as well as give users an entry into game streaming! The i3-9100F is a 2019 chip on Intel’s 14nm process, which, when paired with Intel’s H310 chipset Motherboard, runs with with DDR4 system RAM, the price and performance of the two CPU options for the Rogue are hard to beat!

The updated VRLA Tech Rogue Gaming PC is also equipped with the power of AMD’s fourth gen Graphics Core Next in the AMD Radeon RX 570 Graphics Card, offering even higher levels of asynchronous compute used in modern games, vs the Pascal architecture in the Nvidia GTX 1060 Graphics Card! The RX 570 also comes stock with 4GB of video RAM, a whopping 33% increase over the GTX 1060 3GB, with the option to go up to the 8GB model. This means you’ll have excellent performance and more video RAM for higher details within game worlds!
VRLA Tech is proud to offer you a better configuration for the same price. We will continue to offer our customers the best we can. Let us know what you think!!!
