Q: Is the VRLA Tech Helios Gaming PC plug and play ready?
A: Yes! the Helios Gaming PC will come plug and play ready. It will have all software and drivers installed. Just make sure you have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse so you can play!
Q: Is the VRLA Tech Helios Gaming PC upgradeable?
A: Absolutely, all of our PCs are upgradeable as long as the parts that you want to upgrade are compatible with the motherboard.

A: Yes!
Q: Does the VRLA Tech Helios Gaming PC come with WiFi?
A: Yes!
Q: Does the VRLA Tech Helios Gaming PC come with Bluetooth?
A: Yes!
Q: If I upgrade to “2 x fans” will I get 4 fans?
A: No, your PC will come installed with the exact amount of fans that you choose in the upgrade options. This means if you select “2 fans” you will receive 2 fans, not 2 fans in addition to the 2 fans that are included in your build. You must choose the total number of fans you want in the customization options.
Q: What is the difference between RGB and LED fans?
A: RGB fans change colors while LED fans stay glowing white. You can watch this video for more information.
Q: Can I choose a different case?
A: We are happy to make any changes to your PC that you want. Please contact us and let us know which case you would like to use and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q: Can my PC have Windows 10 activated instead of Windows 11?
A: Absolutely, please contact us so we can make the change to your order.
Q: Does the VRLA Tech Helios Gaming PC come as pictured?
A: Please check all the pictures. We have pictures that show the PC with upgrade options, standard, as well as different case colors. Please click the image and read the caption to see what your PC will look like.
Q: Does the VRLA Tech Helios Gaming PC have a warranty?
A: Yes! All PCs have a 1 year warranty. Please click here for more information
Q: Can I ship to an address that is not my billing address?
A: No, we do not ship to an address that is not on file with your credit card provider. If you would like to place an order and ship to a different address you can contact your credit card provider and add an additional address to your account or you can place your order with shipping to the billing address and contact us to ship your order to your nearest FedEx pickup location.
Q: What company do you ship with? Will I be required to sign for delivery?
A: All orders are shipped with FedEx Ground or FedEx Express depending on the shipping method that you choose at checkout. You will be required to sign for delivery so please track your order to make sure you are home for delivery.
Q: Am I able to pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
A: Yes. Please place your order and contact us so we can set up an appointment for pickup. If you are charged for shipping upon checkout you will be refunded your shipping fee once your order is picked up.
Q: If I change the components in my PC after I receive it will it void my warranty?
A: Yes, the warranty that is attached to your PC is only applicable to the components that your PC comes with. If you make changes to the components you will void your warranty.
Q: Can I overclock my PC?
A: Yes, you may overclock your PC but please note that overclocking will void your warranty.
Q: I am located outside of the USA, will the power cable work anywhere?
A: No, the power cable is compatible with USA power outlets. You will need to purchase an adapter that will fit into your required power outlet.

The Helios by far exceeded my expectations! It runs so beautifully and looks even better in person! Great cable management. It also runs super quiet. I love it and I am able to run Apex legend around 280FPS on Max setting Also able to run CyberPunk at Max settings.

Put simply, mine arrived about two weeks ago and I have to say, while the wait did take a while, it was worth every day spent! This thing runs a buggy ass game like cyberpunk damn near perfectly with 30-something RAM eating chrome tabs open in the background plus whatever else I’ve got running! (though I do recommend the WiFi adapter upgrade as well as buying a bluetooth adapter separately as the Bluetooth wasn’t an option when I bought it)

I got mine 2 days ago and… it’s not bad at all. I bought one after a work colleague and all-around personal tech guru did a review on his youtube channel of one of their other models. I bought it as primarily a workstation that I can game occasionally on since I work from home now. The computer is EXTREMELY quiet and runs like a charm. My only complaint is that it was shipped to me without all the RGB bells and whistles working properly and without the program needed to control them. I totally recommend this computer for anyone interested and I’m confident minor issues like mine will disappear once the insane order volume they are experiencing slows down after the holidays. All in all, I’m quite pleased and will be sending all my freelance VFX/ gamer friends this way.

The PC came in today and it was perfect. The packaging was great, and nothing seemed out of place. The bang for the buck when I first saw it was outstanding, and I was skeptical at first seeing how the 3080’s were impossible to find. It took 3 weeks to get finished and I noticed they added a lot more customization on the site for the build since then, but I got all the upgrades I honestly wanted at the time.
The only thing I would say that threw me off was when I opened the box. All I got was the spare parts and the power cable. I honestly was expecting a piece of paper to let me know if I needed to check anything or at least a piece of advertisement. Luckily the PC after a quick look at the links on the motherboard and back panel were secure then turned on with no problems. The PC is ready to go and didn’t have any unnecessary programs on it. I still had to downloaded the motherboard BIOS so I can tinker with fan speeds, but outside of that, the PC is worth the money if you can afford it.
