Every system is specified to the workload rather than sold from a fixed catalog, then assembled and burn-in tested in our Los Angeles facility. We are the manufacturer, not a reseller, so configuration, warranty and support all run through a single accountable party.

Buying without a contract vehicle

The most common question we get from federal buyers is whether they can purchase from us without a GSA schedule. For the great majority of workstation and server purchases, yes.

Most single workstations and many multi-GPU servers fall inside these ranges, which means a purchase order or purchase card is usually sufficient. We issue written, requisition-ready quotes for either route and respond to RFQs directly.

Thresholds are adjusted periodically and some categories carry different limits, so confirm the figures that apply to your acquisition against FAR 2.101. For larger or recurring requirements, contact us and we will work with your contracting office on the appropriate approach.
